Ithra, the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, is set to host a five-day celebration marking the 96th Saudi National Day. The event, running from September 22 to 26, will showcase 36 distinct experiences designed to reflect the Kingdom’s historical roots and forward-looking ambitions. Visitors will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of cultural and educational activities, many of which are free to attend. Some special events will require advance booking, with tickets available on-site. Tariq Al-Khawaji, a cultural consultant at Ithra, emphasized the importance of these experiences in connecting the public with the nation’s identity and aspirations. The celebrations will include interactive exhibits and immersive programs that highlight Saudi heritage while looking toward future developments. The free entry to the Ithra building ensures accessibility, while ticketed events allow for more focused engagement with specific themes.
